She brings a unique perspective to her work, having spent three years as an occupational therapy assistant before earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2023. This experience has shaped her hands-on, compassionate approach and her ability to meet patients where they are in their recovery.
With a background in acute care, skilled nursing and home health OT she supports individuals through complex medical challenges and life transitions using a holistic, patient-centered approach. Known for her warm, approachable demeanor and optimistic outlook, she is committed to helping each person feel empowered, confident, and supported in reaching their goals.

Nelky serves as the Office Manager for Accessible Home OT PC, where she plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for both patients and their families. With a background in healthcare administration and virtual medical support, she brings several years of experience in coordinating care, managing scheduling, and handling billing and insurance processes.
She works closely with patients, caregivers, and referral partners to help navigate the logistical side of care—from onboarding and documentation to appointment coordination and communication. Nelky is often the first point of contact for families and is committed to making every interaction feel clear, efficient, and welcoming.
Behind the scenes, she supports the clinical team by streamlining workflows, maintaining organized systems, and helping the practice run efficiently day-to-day. Her goal is to reduce barriers to care so patients can focus on what matters most—their health, safety, and independence at home.
