Nelky serves as the Office Manager for Accessible Home OT PC, where she plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for both patients and their families. With a background in healthcare administration and virtual medical support, she brings several years of experience in coordinating care, managing scheduling, and handling billing and insurance processes.

She works closely with patients, caregivers, and referral partners to help navigate the logistical side of care—from onboarding and documentation to appointment coordination and communication.
